Source told, the units will be put on sale next week. In addition, Bayview in Ma Tau Kok also announced to additional launch 48 units at original price yesterday with the admission fee at HKD 6.9 million.
The sq ft price of the first batch of 50 units is HKD 9,535.
According to the price list, the first batch of 50 units in the Woodsville are located from 1st to 12th building including 21 units of ground house with garden and 29 units of top floor house with terrace. The average sq ft price is HKD 9,535 and the usable areas are from 472 sq ft to 912 sq ft, and the sale price will be from HKD 4.689 million to HKD 11.38 million. The average usable area sq ft price is HKD 8,772 after calculating the extra 3% discount of property price supplied from developer New World to member of New World CLUB and the 5% discount for cash payment.
According to the trading data from property agents in the district, the second hand usable area trading sq ft price in relative new projects such as Uptown and Park Nara was about HKD 7,000 to HKD 8,300. The average usable area sq ft price of the Woodsville is slightly higher than the second hand property price in same district. It is a price at market level base on the factor of building age.
The Woodsville has no sample flat, and the showroom in 28th floor, No.39 of Queen's Road Central will be opened to public from today. Brochure copies are supplied to public in lobby of New World Tower in Central. This project is near to Hung Shui Kiu Stop of light railway, and supplies 11 buildings in 4 layers with 207 units of multilayer house including 44 units of ground house with garden, 54 units of top floor house with terrace and 29 units of garden villa. The usable areas are from 436 sq ft to 4,744 sq ft. It is predicted to be finished in first half year of next year.
