- Start-up 400 Million Purchased The Entire Floor Of 888 Lai Chi Kok Road
Cheung Sha Wan has gradually become a new business district in West Kowloon. New World said that its commercial project No. 888 Lai Chi Kok Road recorded another large transaction. An innovation and technology company spent nearly 400 million yuan to purchase the entire floor for its own use, reflecting the strong demand for high-quality commercial properties.
According to New World, the newly sold full-floor floor is located in the high-rise of the project, with a construction area of about 24,600 square feet and a price of nearly 16,000 yuan per square foot. Since the launch of the project, the market response has been very satisfactory, and it has been sought after by a large number of users and investors, including educational institutions, family investors and well-known entrepreneurs.
Statistics show that as early as 2017, New World has successively bid for 3 commercial sites in the area, creating a large-scale commercial area of more than 2 million square feet. The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of this year.
