The real estate agents in the area pointed out that they have received notifications from the developer Nan Fung Group yesterday morning,planned to relaunch the sale of Winfield Building,the first phase of sale will launch out eight units.The information shown that,units in Flat A of Winfield Building with floor area of approximately 2,400 feet,units in Flat B with floor area of approximately 1,900 feet.Because of the property is a renovated housing estate,does not belong to the redevelopment project,and also follows the occupation permit of more than 30 years ago,so even it is a new property supply,it is still used as a second-hand property for sale,do not Regulated by "launch out the sale-broche in seven days,price list in three days" of the first-hand new property legislation,so that it can launch out the sale and sale it together.
