(Hong Kong, 25 March 2015) Chinachem Group’s (the “Group”) new residential project, “Eden Gate”, Kowloon Tong, has received positive market response and a number of enquiries subsequent to last week’s opening ceremony of art exhibition – “Life in Plentitude”. The developer announced today that Eden Gate onsite modified showflat will be available for viewing starting from tomorrow (26 March 2015).

Mr Shung-Mo Ng, Director – Sales, Chinachem Group, said “All typical units of ‘Eden Gate’ have four bedrooms, saleable areas ranging from 1,260 to 1,575 sq. ft. The project is well-designed with an individual lift lobby, offering a high level of privacy, which is quite rare in the market. ‘Eden Gate’s four-bedroom onsite modified showflat designed by the renowned interior designer Steve Leung, will be open for viewing for prospective purchasers tomorrow.

The 30 four-bedroom units launched in the first batch, measuring 1,223 to 1,575 sq. ft, are priced from HK$ $42.839 million to HK$64.673 million, ranging from HK$33,999 to HK $41,062 psf. The prices are the same as in last November 2014. Purchasers will be entitled to one residential parking unit, which is worth HK$2.5 million, when the Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchase is signed on or before 31 March 2015. In addition, a 150-day payment plan (with 3 % discount) and a 330-day payment plan are available; and an extra 4.25% discount (as the stamp duty subsidy) will be offered to the purchasers.

Ng continued, “The development’s 3 houses (an individual house number is assigned to each house – No. 5, 7, 9 Ede Road) with saleable area from 2,847 to 3,241 sq. ft, is equipped with a private lift, providing immediate access from basement carpark to all floors of the house. This thoughtful house design is scarce in the market and we are planning to call for a tender within the month.”

The onsite modified 4-bedroom 2 ensuite showflat (Flat A of 11/F of Tower 1) measuring 1,575 sq. ft, has a generous floor-to-floor height of 3.475m. It also features a 47 sq. ft balcony and a 16 sq. ft utility platform. To echo with the superior location and prestigious status of “Eden Gate”, the designer tactfully infuses the concept of the sophistication of English luxurious lifestyle with a modern twist. With accent on champagne and beige colors and the combination of ebony material, exquisite mirror details and artful decorations, this unit perfectly delivers the aesthetics of grand opulence for modern family with discerning taste.

Upon arriving at the living area, the ebony floor and the beige leather wall perfectly match the feature panels themed on leaf veins in champagne gold palette to exude ultimate elegance in cozy ambiance. With the mirror installations and golden line details gracefully strewn over the walls, a sense of luxury is further enhanced. In the center of the area, the modern designed beige sofa, dark toned upholstered chair and gold-hued coffee table in timber shape create a vibrant visual impact, balancing the sophisticated opulent atmosphere with a sense of modishness.

Adjoining the living area, a set of dining furniture with refined trimmings and details sits in the dining area, pairing with the classical style chandeliers on the ceiling to conjure up a sumptuous dining atmosphere. The patterned ebony panel wall and the contemporary art painting at the corner evoke the artistic mood in the area, showing the unique taste of the host.

Next to the living room, opening the sliding door topped with golden leaf details, the study room is furnished with an ebony book shelf and a series of stylish furniture with golden metal trimmings to create a subtle yet luxurious reading and working space.

To match with the overall design, the master suite is hued in champagne and beige colors. The gold toned silk feature panel and the patterned screen complemented with the butterfly-detailed leather crafting panel educe this resting area with exceptional essence of elegance and resplendence. The purple carpet, creamy wallpaper and the wooden furniture are beautifully combined to highlight the coziness and exquisiteness. The designer skillfully separates the bedroom and the closet and bathroom area with a glass door to enhance the spaciousness and keep the unity of the room. Passing through the closet, the master bathroom in light color tone carries a distinctive luxurious style with the use of various marble materials.

The champagne and beige palettes together with modern sophisticated details continue to the next two suites. In bedroom one, the beige feature wall with mirror trimmings and artistic decoration match the patterned carpet and leather embellished furniture, illustrating a style of unstated luxury. In bedroom two, the light brown carpet and checked feature wall create a sense of coziness and warmth. With sculpture and art decorations, this room denotes a subtle yet opulent atmosphere with artistic appeal.
