Clearly Barratt is doing what it can to ease the UK’s supply shortfall. To that end, Barratt Homes has recently launched Queensland Terrace, a 375-unit Zone 2 London development.

Local analysts are estimating initial rental yields of up to 5.85 percent, making Queensland Terrace an excellent investment; Islington is a popular location for actually living in. “Queensland Terrace’s location is known around the world but … this is a very popular neighbourhood because of the appealing lifestyle available here,” said Gary Patrick, Barratt Homes regional sales director in a statement. “Being able to commute to work in under 30 minutes while having an array of popular independent shops, restaurants and pubs nearby makes Queensland Terrace a very desirable place to live.”
