Hong Kong's Wen Wei Po (Reporter Leung Yuk Cum )In order to avoid the introduction of new discounts may cause chaos disputes,Swire Properties have announced ARGENTA in the West of Mid-Level will be stopped the sale for one immediately yesterday.This property will be increased the discounts of the stamp duty concessions starting from next Saturday in order to attract buyers with company name and overseas buyers to buy the properties,the first three buyers who bought the residential property and needed to pay the stamp duty, will be provided equal to 15% cash rebate of the property price,or the first six buyers who bought the residential units below 21/F,will receive a cash rebate equivalent to 8.5% as the price of a double stamp duty,a second election.Old discounts can be received cash rebate of BSD 10.75% and DSD 4.25% respectively at the same time,it'll also put up 11 units with new discounts for sale starting from next Saturday.In addition, there are mainland buyers spent HKD $5.5821 ten million bought a duplex households of Serenade in Tai Hang.
First-hand residential sales page have displayed that ARGENTA in the West of Mid-Level by Swire Properties have noticed the first-hand residential property sales Authority yesterday that all the sales arrangements of ARGENTA contained in a file specified residential property for sale,the sale has been suspended since yesterday.Meanwhile,the developers have launched out the price list revisions,including the first three buyers who bought the residential units and needed to pay stamp duty,can be received equal to the selling price of residential properties in 15% cash rebate and the first six buyers who bought the residential units which located 21/F or under,can be received equal to 8.5 percent of the residential property price cash offer and all the discounts will take effect on next Saturday.
Swire Properties spokesman said that the law requires the property sale should be stopped before issuing the new arrangements.This is the first property which needed to be stopped immediately due to the issue of new discounts.

As for the 11 units of ARGENTA which will be on sale in form of first-come up next Saturday,including the 8/F,9/F,13/F,15/F,16/F,18/F,20/F,21/F,29/F,32/F and 38/F respectively,with 2,182 feet of salable area are priced from HKD $5.7288 ten million to HKD $9.580 ten million.Of which the units located in 8th floor will sale with tenancy,as for the buyer of 38t/F was available to purchase a third floor parking space in HKD $2.8 million.Swire Properties spokesman said that since the sale of ARGENTA have started,it have sold a total of 16 units so far,accounting for more than half of the available units for sale.In addition,the news referred that a mainland buyer have bought two units which located in Flat A,56/F and 57/F respectively of Serenade in Tai Hand with an discounted prices of HKD $5.5821 ten million,with a salable area of 1,991 feet,an average price of HKD $28,037 per sq.feet respectively.

Golden Week which have started from 1st of may have entered its second day,the first-hand properties sold 13 units yesterday,except for the Serenade,The Avenue in Wan Chai sold 4 units,The Reach and Park Signature in Yuen Long have sold two units respectively,as for The Woodside in Yuen Long,The Summa in the west of Mid-Level,The Long Beach in Tai Kok Tsui and Chatham Gate in Hung Hom have sold one unit repectively.It have sold a total of 27 units over the past two days.
