　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）由興勝創建發展的大角咀THE BEDFORD上周放售4層樓面，迅即獲買家吸納，銷售代理中原(工商舖)林嵐表示，該4層成交樓面分別位於16、17、18及19樓，每層面積為3,040平方呎，平均呎價由6,800至7,100元，成交價由約2,067萬至2,158萬元，涉資約8,500萬元。中原(工商舖)黃啟成表示，THE BEDFORD共售出7層樓面，現時發展商仍推售3層中低層樓面，意向呎價約6,000至6,700元。
