，消息指，集團擬將旗下長沙灣曉盈及曉悅兩盤的商舖部分拆售。

市值逾5.3億

據代理資訊顯示，曉盈商舖一部分約有7個獨立單位，建築面積由977方呎至1,190方呎，總價3,354萬元至3,803萬元不等。另一部分舖位則同時一籃子發售，包括面積461方呎的地舖、2,234方呎的1樓舖位、262方呎的電梯大堂及844方呎的平台部分，估計市值約5,555萬元。倘全部售出，估計可為發展商套現約2.7億元。

另一邊廂，同區曉悅地舖則擬分拆約8個單位放售，建築面積由372方呎至1,586方呎，市傳總價介乎1,763萬元至4,743萬元不等，呎價介乎29,910元至47,406元，估計總市值逾2.6億元。
