港島新界交投增幅明顯
按地區劃分，港島及新界區指標豪宅交投均有明顯增幅，九龍區指標豪宅交投則按月下挫。數據顯示，新界區6個豪宅項目上月共錄得34宗買賣，較3月的19宗大幅增加79%，其中駿景園成交量勁增6倍至7宗，表現突出；御龍山及匡湖居交投亦分別增加88%及50%。
港島區16項物業上月累積錄得47宗買賣，按月增加68%，其中紅山半島成交量按月大增2倍；貝沙灣則錄得18宗買賣，較前月急增1.25倍。此外，浪琴園、比華利山、名門及賽西湖大廈上月亦錄得成交，打破「捧蛋」悶局。
九龍區方面，13項物業上月僅錄得31宗買賣，較3月的50宗減少38%，九龍站交投繼前月急速增長後，上月回復平穩。
