Dear members,

28 Hse (Hong Kong Property Web) recently noted that some unidentified persons (hereinafter referred to as "those persons") posed on the telephone as representatives from the Company and told landlords to provide the address and information of the property.

Our company sincerely declare that we do not use no caller ID telephone to contact landlords/agents. Also, our company telephone are 3904-3021(General enquiry), 3525-0651(Customer& agency enquiry) and 3525-0652(Agency enquiry).

28 Hse (Hong Kong Property Web) would like to warn all 28Hse members to be vigilant and prudent in handing your personal information and possession. If you encounter a phone scam situation, stay calm. Don't fall for phone scam demanding personal information to avoid any unnecessary lost.

Every listing can choose either for sell or for rent. If you need both, you can post 2 separate listing instead.

The charge for the for sell and for rent property is the same.

*Fast gone property is needed to go with either one of the property type. (normal or golden top)

You can hoose to use HKD or Hsemoney to list the property. Hsemoney is the token bought in advance for the ease of posting more properties.

For property renewal, the charge is same as above.

The above price is valid for local Hong Kong 2nd hand property market. No oversea allowed. Moreover, if the listing is violated our listing rules, our admin would have chance to adjust the price.
