工業樓2.7億 按月降34.6%
中原地產研究部聯席董事黃良昇指出，1月份，舖位「摩貨」的按月登記金額跌幅較為顯著，買賣登記錄得2.64億元及22宗，較去年12月份的6.41億元及34宗下降58.9%及35.3%。1月份錄得的金額及宗數，均是2010年7月份錄得1.80億元及18宗後六個月以來新低，當中最高金額的舖位「摩貨」買賣登記個案是旺角花園街232至242號黃禮賢大廈三個地舖，價值6,660萬元。
金額跌幅居次的是工業樓宇「摩貨」登記金額，錄得2.75億元，按月下降34.6%，金額是2008年9月份錄得3.03億元後28個月以來第三高，僅低於去年11月份的3.03億元及去年12月份的4.21億元；宗數方面有60宗，按月下降28.6%。1月份最高金額的工業樓宇「摩貨」買賣登記個案是鰂魚涌長華工業大廈高層一單位連天台，價值3,565萬元。
商業樓宇方面，1月份商業類型「摩貨」買賣登記總值3.22億元，較去年12月份的2.27億元上升41.7%；宗數方面，今年1月份商業類型「摩貨」登記錄得16宗，較去年12月份的20宗下降20.0%或4宗。今年1月份最高金額的商業樓宇「摩貨」買賣登記個案是金鐘海富中心一期一單位，價值9,036萬元。
