新世界攜手帝國集團、資本策略、麗新及港鐵共同發展的黃竹坑站港島南岸滶晨，計劃於短期內上載樓書，預計最快本月正式推出。發展商表示，該項目自宣布以來已接獲數百宗查詢，其中海景單位尤受關注。

根據發展商的最新消息，滶晨的展銷廳及示範單位建設已接近完成，預計即將開放供準買家預約參觀。發展商昨日與多家物業代理簽署了宣傳委託書，並透露兩個設於黃竹坑及鰂魚涌的富豪貴賓廳也將很快對外開放，屆時將展示多個不同的示範單位。

黃竹坑站港島南岸第五期總共提供825伙單位，其中5A期的滶晨共447伙，設於該項目的第1座，分為1A座及1B座。該階段預計的關鍵日期為2026年11月30日，樓花期不足19個月。

此外，同屬新世界的北角皇都項目也表現活躍，昨日再次錄得成交，30樓A8室，面積524平方呎的2房連儲物室單位，成交價為1,345.5萬元，呎價達25677元。為滿足市場需求，發展商昨日加推了31樓及32樓的A8室。至今，皇都項目已累計售出316伙，平均呎價約為22500元，銷售率已超過93%。
