黃樹雄1.22億購愉景樓地舖

　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 土地註冊處顯示，銅鑼灣愉景樓地下A舖於以1.22億元沽出，買家以公司名義BEST FAMOUS HOLDINGS LIMITED(成名集團有限公司)註冊，公司董事包括黃樹雄及林美玲，與代理法國香薰品牌的亮碧思集團亞洲區總裁黃樹雄，及其夫人林美玲名字相同。

　據了解，愉景樓位於禮頓道1至7號，於1971年入伙，樓齡39年，鄰近銅鑼灣地鐵站，並與時代廣場及崇光百貨接近，故地舖售價不斷上升。
