持貨2年半 賬面獲利近五成
美聯商業溫淑雯表示,麥玲玲於2012年底以約1,580萬元購入佐敦彌敦道301至309號嘉賓商業大廈一個面積約1,620方呎單位,至日前分拆放售,其中一部分樓面獲同區醫生以約每方呎約1.6萬元承接自用。按購入價計算,麥氏持貨期僅約2年半,賬面獲利近五成。至於上址另一部分,現時則獲另一位用家租作醫務所。
