香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）優質寫字樓物業向來不乏城中名人青睞，早前繼藝人余文樂買觀塘商廈後再錄名人市場動向。玄學家麥玲玲最近將名下佐敦喜賓商業大廈分拆戶沽出，套現近2,592萬元。

持貨2年半賬面獲利近五成

美聯商業溫淑雯表示，麥玲玲於2012年底以約1,580萬元購入佐敦彌敦道301至309號嘉賓商業大廈一個面積約1,620方呎單位，至日前分拆放售，其中一部分樓面獲同區醫生以約每方呎約1.6萬元承接自用。按購入價計算，麥氏持貨期僅約2年半，賬面獲利近五成。至於上址另一部分，現時則獲另一位用家租作醫務所。
