駱克道建材鐵約舖叫價6800萬

上址自2010年10月已獲鋁門窗建材公司租用，現時租金16萬元。與以上舖位相距不遠，面積約900方呎地舖，於去年10月份以23萬元租出，平均呎租約256元。因此上址如本年10月份租約期滿時，租金有一定上調空間，投資回報可達3.6厘。
