世紀21奇豐物業 - 黎健峯董事表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山雲海一宗成交，單位為香海臺 (3座) 高層A室，實用面積864平方呎，3房2廳間隔，座向西南望海景。單位放盤半年，最終獲買家「零議價」以$1,300萬成交，實用呎價約$15,046。

據悉，原業主於2018年2月以$1,685萬購入單位，持貨約7年，現轉手帳面蝕讓約$385萬離場，單位期內貶值約23%。
