世紀21奇豐物業海典灣分行區域經理胡佩碧表示,該行新近促成馬鞍山曉峰灣畔4座高層H室成交,實用面積635平方呎,屬3房間隔,望山景,放盤4個月,業主原叫價$690萬,最終減價$23萬至$667萬成交,實用面積平均呎價$10,504。

據了解,原業主於2002年6月以$231萬購入上址,持貨22年至今沽售,賬面獲利$436萬,單位期內大幅升值近1.9倍。
