世紀21奇豐物業-張翠珊經理表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山新港城A座中層06室，實用面積348平方呎，2房間隔，座向東南望山景，單位放盤5個月，開價$550萬，減$102萬，減幅達18.5%，獲買家以$448萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$12,874。

據了解，原業主於2022年1月購入上址，當時作價$628萬，持貨3年至今轉售，賬面虧蝕$180萬，單位期內跌29%。
