馬亞木家族成功拆售中環中心27樓全層單位成交價1.04億呎價比意向低11%

資深投資者、小巴大王馬亞木家族，去年將位於中環皇后大道中99號的中環中心27樓全層進行拆售。經過一年的市場推廣，該家族終於成功售出兩個相鄰的單位，總成交價約1.04億元，平均每平方呎價錢為2.05萬元。

該樓層的1號和13號室，總建築面積為5062平方呎，上月以近1.04億元的價錢完成交易，平均呎價約為20500元。資料顯示，這批單位原先意向呎價為23000元。去年10月，馬亞木家族委託代理推出這6個單位，建築面積介乎1833到2993平方呎，意向售價介乎4215.9萬至6883.9萬元。經過一年的市場調整，首宗買賣成交的呎價較初步意向低了10.9%。

另一項目則是基督教會篤志傳道會伯利恆堂，他們斥資約2172.764萬元購入新世界（00017）在長沙灣永康街83號推出的全新甲級商廈「83永康街」的7樓A11室及B9室，總建築面積為1672平方呎，呎價約為12995元。該教會目前的地址位於同區的昌華街41至51號昌暉大廈1樓。
