佔榮高樓業權43.5% 增收購潛力
現時物業租予兩間大型連鎖食肆，分別為皇冠冰室以及花園餐廳。第一太平戴維斯董事總經理及投資部主管袁志光表示，今次出售之物業位於旺角區中心位置，租客均為連鎖食肆，為物業提供穩定租金收入，而榮高樓位於豉油街及通菜街交界，單邊地盤面積3,915方呎，該物業佔全幢大廈約43.5%之業權份數，令其收購潛力大大提升。資料顯示，順聯集團是於2011年以4.71億元購入，如今放售價較7年前高約2.09億元，升值44%。
