　香港文匯報訊　受惠九龍東效應蔓延，令西九龍工廈市場氣氛轉趨活躍，成交加快。長沙灣陸佰中心業主最近趁市旺減持單位，持貨短短半年獲利近113萬元或15%離場。

　中原(工商舖)工商部助理營業董事張威光表示，長沙灣陸佰中心低層C、D及E共5個單位，面積共約2,524平方呎，最近以約863萬元交吉易手，平均呎價約3,420元。買家為外區用家，作寫字樓用途。原業主於今年3月斥資約1,240萬元購入上述5個單位，當時購入價分別約250萬元，持貨至今僅半年轉手獲利約113萬元，物業升值15%。
