　香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）長沙灣嘉利工廠大廈日前申請強制拍賣，為今年來首宗工廈強拍個案，同時亦為半年內第12宗強拍賣申請，與去年上半年44宗申請比較，過去半年申請宗數大跌72.73%。據了解，新申請由田生負責收購，現劃為「其他指定用途(商貿)」地帶，日後可作商業或酒店等，總樓面達17.472萬方呎。

　嘉利工廠大廈位於長沙灣永康街55號、57號及瓊林街84及86號，申請人為駿寶亞太有限公司，已集齊項目92.5%業權，公司董事包括俊和發展地產發展部董事潘志才。地盤現址為1幢9層高的工廠大廈，樓齡約50年。發展商委託的測量師指該廈現值共4.081億元。
