Market estimated it's price may be public in short term and the sale will be within this month; As for Soundwill Holdings' pre-sale project in School Street Causeway Bay, it will be named today, and source pointed it may be put on sale this month, with unit's usable area above from 310 sq ft. According to the Residential Properties(First-hand) Sales Ordinance, seller inquire anyone about purchasing intention of the project by anyway before providing price list of the developing first hand residential property is forbidden. Seller breaking related rules is crime. In addition, any file or data intending to promote the first hand residential property regulated by the Ordinance is supervised by the Ordinance on advertisement, and false or misleading data is not allowed to be published in advertisement. Feature unit in Harmony Place will be put on sale in short term. Besides, advertisement should specify it is published by seller or other with the consent of seller. According to the Ordinance, anyone breaking the rule on advertisement is crime. Anyone making misrepresentation or spreading false or misleading information is crime. Private residential project Harmony Place in Shau Kei Wan has sold more than 60% of available units since open, remaining 8 two rooms units and 65 three rooms units, and the sale arrangement of the two feature units will be public in short term according to market situation, expressed by Huang Jielong the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Secretary-General of Hong Kong Real Estate Association. Since today, this project will set brand new show room in 7th floor 1063 King's Road of Hong Kong Island to public, while the sale office and sample flat in Tone King Building Castle Peak Road of Kowloon will keep opening. About other new projects, The Avenue in Wan Chai and The Summa in Midlevels West each sold 1 unit yesterday. THE HONGKONG LAND COMPANY LTD's Serenade in Tai Hang sold 1 unit yesterday, which was compound apartment room D in 52nd and 55th floor of building 2, at sale price of HKD 53.753 million, according to data showed on Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Electronic Platform (“SRPE”). Developer launched modified price list at the same time, among the parking place privilege is expanded from first 3 buyers to all buyers, who can buy parking place in value from HKD 0.85 million to HKD 1.4 million at HKD 0.5 million to HKD 0.8 million.
