屋宇署上月批13份圖則
另一幅屏山屏葵路地皮，長實去年6月以3億元拍賣投得，現獲批准在1層地庫上，興建41幢3層高洋房連康樂設施，提供住宅樓面65,399呎，平均每幢洋房1,595呎。連同上述兩個住宅地盤，屋宇署上月只批出13份圖則，屬2007年6月以來的單月新低。
其他獲批則的地盤，包括九龍塘禧福道10號，批准在1層地庫之上，興建1幢4層高洋房，住宅樓面9,304呎；尖沙咀金巴利道40及40A號及金巴利街22A號，批建1幢21層高商業大廈，非住宅樓面29,775呎；黃竹坑業發街12號松柏工業大廈，准建1幢28層高工商業大廈，非住宅樓面164,832呎。
