世紀21富山地產聯席董事劉倩彤表示，市場成交鑽石山龍蟠苑E座低層13室，實用面積為340平方呎，2房間隔，主要望西面開揚內園景單位，原叫價$535萬，減價$43萬至以$492萬(自由市場價)成交，實用面積平均呎價$15,144。

據了解，原業主於2017年以$412萬低價購入至今，持貨5年帳面升值$80萬，期間升值19%。
