美聯物業東九龍啟德一號分行首席高級營業經理黃家樂表示，鑽石山帝峯豪苑高層E室，實用面積844平方呎，建築面積1,176平方呎，屬三房連士多房間隔，議價後以$1,208萬易手，折合實用呎價約$14,313，建築呎價約$10,272。

原業主1999年4月以$469.4萬購入上述單位，持貨逾23年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$738.6萬，升值約1.57倍。
