中原地產新界北豪宅第四分行副分區營業經理羅偉蓮表示，近日二手交投淡靜，租賃交投相對活躍。錦繡花園本月至今暫錄約8宗租賃成交，分行新近錄B段6街單號屋，單位實用面積846平方呎，建築面積1138平方呎，議價後以$27,000租出，實用面積平均呎租約$31.9。
中原羅偉蓮指，新買家為區外用家，見該區居住環境舒適，租金合理，即決定租入單位自用。據了解，業主於2006年以$295萬購入上址，是次租出單位可享約11厘租金回報。
