金朝陽半年少賺35%

香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）由於投資物業公平值減少及出售附屬公司獲得之收益減少，金朝陽集團(00878)昨公佈截至今年6月底止中期盈利2.9億元，按年減少35.26%；每股盈利1.02元，不派中期息。期內營業額2.61億元，按年增長2.59%。

物業銷售方面，該集團期內預售葵涌青山公路工業項目iPLACE，合共提供322伙工作間，全部工作間已悉數沽清，銷售總額逾10億元。期內租金收入按年升22%至2.52億元。

未來續補充土儲

金朝陽集團執行董事陳慧苓表示，集團於1月及3月分別購入葵涌打磚坪街工業項目及荃灣柴灣角一幢工業大廈逾85%權益，未來將繼續補充土地儲備，以增強盈利及發展需求。

該公司謹慎看待後市，但考慮到近期市場上相關的負面因素及人民幣貶值的影響後，認為不會立即對現有業務產生重大不良影響，惟該公司將密切關注市場發展，並考慮於適當時候對相應業務作出調整。
