香港文匯報訊（記者 梁悅琴）本港市民上車甚艱難，連屋苑內的車位也是有價有市。香港置業行政總裁李志成最新表示，土地註冊處最新資料顯示，3月整體物業註冊量共錄7,605宗，其中純車位註冊錄765宗，較2月錄得642宗按月升約19.2%，升穿700宗水平 。
港島區交易最旺
新界區註冊佔約55.7%，3月錄426宗，按月升約6.5%，升幅為3區中最少；而港島區3月錄144宗，較2月的92宗按月升約56.5%；而九龍區升幅則排行第二，3月錄195宗，比2月的150宗按月升30%。 由於三區同錄升幅，故帶動整體純車位註冊量上升。
按宗數排行，3月錄最多純車位註冊之物業為將軍澳海翩匯，錄78宗；其次為鴨脷洲南區．左岸，錄60宗；隨後為紅磡悅目，涉及24宗登記；而元朗峻巒則錄21宗。
逾100萬元個案升22.9%
3月純車位註冊金額錄約11.49億元，較2月錄得的9.84億元升約16.8%。 若以金額類別劃分的話，當中又以50萬以下的升幅甚為顯著，共錄89宗，升約30.9%；而100萬元以上則錄505宗，較2月的411宗按月升約22.9%；而50萬元至100萬元之純車位錄得最少升幅，3月錄得171宗，較2月的163宗按月升約4.9%。
