中原地產東半山跑馬地及大坑副營業董事劉威遜表示，行促成租賃成交單位為跑馬地永光苑高層A室，2房間隔，坐享全馬場景，實用面積475平方呎，業主以$26,000將單位租出，折合平均實用呎租$55。

劉威遜指，業主於2022年4月以$1,282萬一手買入單位，租金回報2.4厘。
