　市場已漸漸消化了政府雙辣招的影響，睇樓量日漸回升，中原城市領先指數(CCL)上周五最新報115.18點，按周升0.18%，並連升三周共0.7%。今年計，CCL升幅19.13%。有鑒於樓市氣氛改善，業主放盤時已不再讓步，不少上車族期望樓價回落的美夢看似落空。買樓無望，租金亦不見得低水，當中新界區租金過去一年持續飆升，劏房、凶宅，大家可能已經見怪不怪，日前有媒體揭露上水天平山村魚場、元朗欖口村的不少豬欄及雞棚，竟改建成「廉租房」。

月租千二平絕全城

　有住客指，雖然環境惡劣，但卻負擔不起正常單位的租金，唯有續居於此地。其中一伙約300多方呎的「單位」，月租1,200元，平均呎租只是4元左右，可謂「平絕全城」，令人無奈也無言。當然，若業權人擅改土地用途，雖可圖利，但卻也在以身犯險。
