觀塘嘉鴻中心地下及4樓放租

黃氏指出,該廈位於觀塘區的核心地段,與港鐵站出口只相距約3分鐘步程,加上鄰近位置有不少優質商廈,營商環境優厚。黃氏補充,上述兩個放租物業均可作飲食行業之用,根據現時發展,街道已聚集了強大的協同效應,凝聚大批顧客,有助進駐商戶吸引人流。
