西沙SIERRA SEA 1A（2）期昨日乘著3.51萬票的氣勢，推出現時已開售期數的餘下單位，吸引大量用家及投資者爭相入市，展銷廳更出現了準買家的人龍，128伙單位迅速售罄，為項目第三次開盤即日售清。

為繼續保持市場熱度，發展商於昨日上載了1B期的樓書，並於今日公布首張價單。1B期項目涵蓋794伙，戶型從1房至4房不等，初步預計至少開放159伙供銷售，預期將迅速吸引市場關注。

從昨日的銷售情況來看，所有128伙的1A（2）期單位在下午7時半前已被完全選購完畢。據瞭解，最後一個選擇單位的籌號為71C號，料市場上仍餘有大量向隅客。即將推出的1B期包括1至5座，每座樓介乎16至31層，實用面積介乎279至1,290平方呎。

昨日的第三輪銷售於九龍站環球貿易廣場展銷處舉行，吸引了大量準買家前來，其中年輕家庭客佔多數。市場消息指出，大手客及購買大單位的買家在A組時段合計購入了42伙，其餘單位則在B組時段迅速被選走。到目前為止，發展商已經售出約755伙單位，佔整個項目781伙的超過96%。

隨著1B期即將推出，配合黃竹坑及啟德的大型新盤，市場預期本月的一手樓成交量可能達到3,000宗。美聯住宅部行政總裁布少明表示，近期一手樓熱銷反映出市場對新盤的強烈需求，並預計接下來的價格和租金回報會持續吸引投資者和自住客。
