中原(工商舖)工商部副營業董事黎紹賢表示，今次成交單位位於葵芳新都會廣場2期高層04室，面積約751平方呎，成交價約692萬元，呎價約9,214元，物業以連租約形式易手。現時租客以每月2.25萬元租用單位，租約期至2018年年中屆滿。業主於1994年以485萬元購入該單位，一直作長線投資。今番易手賬面獲利約207萬元，單位升值了約43%。新買家為區內活躍投資者，若單位按現時租金計算，將可享約4厘回報。
