香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）新地旗下葵涌商業零售項目「悅@KCC」昨日開幕。新地代理租務部總經理鍾秀蓮稱，該項目商舖已悉數租出，涉及28個商戶，預計年租金收入達2,298萬元，呎租介乎50元至65元。

發展商續指，悅@KCC涉及樓面約65,000方呎，未來將有更多舖位落成，商戶數目將增至40間。目前，餐飲業佔商戶組合近七成，其餘為個人護理、精品等商戶。鍾秀蓮說，系內甲級寫字樓九龍貿易中心（KCC）將為項目提供穩定客源，涉及約6,600名上班族，倘計及葵涌及青衣等鄰近地區寫字樓，上班族人數近25萬人。

新地明年活化毗鄰工廈

至於集團早年申請毗鄰聯泰工業大廈活化，並於早前命名為「活@KCC」，鍾秀蓮指項目已接逾百間商戶洽租，當中約20家已交租金意向書。項目預計明年首季動工，2016年第四季落成，總投資約5億元，共提供10萬方呎樓面、100個舖位，舖位面積約由100餘呎至2,400方呎不等。當中，零售租金每呎由90元至120元，飲食業呎租由40元至55元。上述兩個項目共計樓面逾16萬方呎，預計全年租金收入可達6,300萬元。
