葵涌工廈獲批改裝酒店

　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 栢暉國際旗下葵涌打磚坪街57至61號中央工業大廈，3月獲地政總署批出全幢改裝的特別豁免書，容許作為酒店用途。翻查資料，該廈早前已獲城規會通過改裝酒店，擬成1幢8層高酒店，總樓面約15.54萬方呎，提供299個酒店房間。此外，地政總署上月再錄2幢工廈改裝申請，令累積個案增至82宗。另外，荃灣愉景新城商業平台，簽立契約修訂，補地價84萬元，用途為「住宅(甲類)」。
