　香港文匯報訊（記者 周穎）工商物業續受投資者追捧，銅鑼灣萬國寶通中心中層全層標售，市場反應理想，接獲4組意向買家查詢。另外，觀塘道398號嘉域大廈亦推售多層相連單位，附多個車位及外牆業權。

　美聯商業助理營業董事麥世強表示，該行早前獲業主委託代理位於銅鑼灣萬國寶通中心中層全層標售，將於今日截標，招標期內市場反應非常積極，迄今已先後接獲4組意向買家查詢，當中投資者及用家各佔半數，出價亦貼近業主意向水平。惟由於近日利好商廈消息不斷，業主決定於標期完成後再作詳細考慮。
