單位於聖誕節前夕以呎價逾10萬元售出，打破亞洲紀錄後，各區豪宅新盤蠢蠢欲動。2015年已進入倒數，華懋於清水灣半島北碧沙路20及22號昨日上載售樓書，並會與資本策略旗下尚家生活的沙田九肚山峰同步今日安排傳媒參觀示範洋房，相信快將推售。

根據一手住宅銷售資訊網顯示，清水灣半島北碧沙路20及22號提供兩座洋房，實用面積分別3,630方呎及3,666方呎。至於九肚山峰早前已上載售樓書，該項目共有20間洋房，實用面積由1,996方呎至4,162方呎。

迎豐加推30伙

另外，恒基地產於土瓜灣的迎豐昨日加推30伙，售價由323.9萬至519.5萬元，其中12伙(包括新舊價單)將於本周六推售。

至於新盤成交方面，屯門滿名山售出2伙，元朗峻巒、世宙及馬頭圍傲形各沽1伙。
