美聯物業 - 姚偉明董事表示，區內配套發展成熟，近年吸引不少外區客搬入，該行最新錄得荃灣荃威花園536實呎戶$360萬沽，原業主持貨10年，帳面轉手蝕$78萬。

上述售出單位為荃灣荃威花園L座中層1室，實用面積約536平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位個多月前以$395萬放售，至近日獲外區上車客洽購，議價後以市價$360萬承接，實用呎價約$6,716。

資料顯示，原業主於2015年以約$438萬購入上述單位，是次轉手帳面蝕$78萬。
