　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 屋宇署昨公布，該署2月批出20份圖則，包括廣東省茂名市政協常委梁平持有的九龍塘約道8號，獲批建1幢3層高洋房(建於1層地庫之上)，住宅樓面6,343呎。另外，資本策略持有的伊榮街1-5號及邊寧頓街14號，亦批重建1幢26層高商廈(建於1層地庫之上)，可建商業樓面81,192呎。

中區警署活化方案放行

　此外，中區警署亦獲批活化方案圖則，批建2幢建築物，包括於現有建築物上改建1幢2層高商業及機構建築物，以及另1幢7層高(建於1層地庫之上)商業及機構建築物，所涉樓面56,788呎。而銅鑼灣中央樓經重大修訂後批出圖則，樓層減少5層至26層(建於1層地庫之上)，較前圖則微增樓面至22.85萬呎。

　香港科技大學及香港浸會大學於將軍澳唐賢里的地盤獲批建1幢10層高聯合宿舍，住宅樓面約101,281呎，非住宅樓面約9,756呎。2008年曾於勾地表內的何文田忠孝街81號前警察宿舍，現改作機構用途，批建1幢14層高建築物，涉及樓面230,612呎。
