英皇3.6億買海防道舖

　。英皇國際(0163)剛以3.63億元向商人劉軍買入尖沙咀海防道35-37號海利行地下C舖，按舖位面積750方呎計算，呎價48.4萬元。該舖現時租客為經營亞洲食品「美珍香」，剛以月租88萬元續租至2015年5月，回報率2.9厘。

呎價48萬放盤不足24小時

　英皇國際執行董事張炳強表示，尖沙咀區舖位難求，今次以近3厘回報獲得海防道舖位，呎價不足50萬元，而且海防道亦是消費旺區，故售價亦合理。據悉，劉軍於數年前買入此舖，於前日突然放售，24小時內即獲承接。

鄧成波1.7億沽灣仔商廈

　「舖王」鄧成波持有的灣仔駱克道171至173號金威商業大廈全幢以1.716億元易手，總樓面約1.5萬方呎，平均呎價1.144萬元。土地註冊處資料顯示，新買家為ELITE POWER LIMITED，董事為曾銘倫。鄧成波或相關人士2011年4月以1.48億元購入，持貨逾年賬面獲利2,360萬元。
