興業1.2億購屯門停車場

香港文匯報訊（記者 蘇洪鏘）市場錄得發展商添置物業的動靜，據土地註冊處資顯示，屯門中央廣場公眾停車場連經營權及入契收費停，涉及約325個車位，以1.28億元易主，平均每個車位約值39.4萬元，新買家料為香港興業（0480）或有關人士。

項目登記買家為沛逸有限公司（ACE SPRING LIMITED），董事包括鍾心田（CHUNG SAM TIN ABRAHAM）、林紅（LAM HUNG）及鄧滿華（TANG MOON WAH）。當中鍾心田及鄧滿華為香港興業執行董事，林紅為集團業務發展及市務助理總經理。至於原業主早於2013年斥資8,500萬元購入項目，及至轉手賬面獲利4,300萬元，物業升值逾五成。
