香港文匯報訊　萊斯物業陸錫安表示，觀塘區成交活躍，最近市場錄得觀塘鴻圖道聯運工業大廈中層單位成交，成交金額550餘萬元，單位面積1,460方呎，平均呎價3,800元，市場平均租價每方呎約13元。

原業主2012年12月以500萬元購入，持貨一年多帳面獲利約50萬元，回報厘數約3.5%，以交吉形式易手。
