香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）物業交投吹淡風，有老牌家族將名下3項物業招標出售。受委託的第一太平戴維斯表示：「是次出售乃承法院命，同屬一老牌業主。」當中跑馬地雅詩大廈中層A室及1個車位，實用面積約1,051方呎，物業已交吉並以現狀出售。該廈對上之成交為高層A室，成交價為2,300萬元。

另外兩項為舊樓，涉及旺角廣東道1030、1032及1034號1樓，實用面積達1,668方呎；以及葵涌青山道402至406及石文徑20號全幢，現時是一幢6層高的唐樓，地盤面積約1,917方呎，總建築面積則為10,050方呎。該3項物業定於本月29日截標。
