世邦魏理仕香港發表2015年第三季數據亦印證核心零售街舖租金受壓,該行指出本港零售銷售總額在7月及8月按年下跌4.2%,而鐘錶珠寶銷售更比去年同期大跌7%,而在今年第三季錄得更多退租個案,核心區的商舖大多以較對上一份合約低的租金租出或續租,同時銅鑼灣區的租金跌幅最為顯著。
