中原地產粉嶺名都分行經理劉德興表示，日前促成粉嶺花都廣場3座高層E室成交，單位實用面積370平方呎，建築面積521平方呎，2房間隔，放盤時開價約$450萬，議價後以$427萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$11,541。
中原劉德興指，新買家為用家，原業主則於2008年以$121萬購入上址，持貨15年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$306萬離場，單位期內升值約2.5倍。
