粉嶺花都廣場議價後以$427萬易手 期內升值約2.5倍

中原地產粉嶺名都分行經理劉德興表示,日前促成粉嶺花都廣場3座高層E室成交,單位實用面積370平方呎,建築面積521平方呎,2房間隔,放盤時開價約$450萬,議價後以$427萬易手,實用面積平均呎價$11,541。

中原劉德興指,新買家為用家,原業主則於2008年以$121萬購入上址,持貨15年,是次轉手賬面獲利約$306萬離場,單位期內升值約2.5倍。
