美聯物業上東-海灣華庭分行助理聯席董事黎泳傑表示，新近促成筲箕灣新成中心C座為中層1室單位，實用面積約為293平方呎，建築面積約為342平方呎，業主叫價約$530萬，議價後以約$505萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$17,235，建築面積平均呎價$14,766。

據了解，買家為外區客，鍾情物業銀碼較細，而且交通方便，故入市自用。原業主於2018年3月份以約$452萬購入上述物業，是次轉售帳面獲利約$53萬，物業升值約12%。
