寶翠園二手呎價逼萬八

二手方面，該站鄰近有數個大型樓盤，包括寶翠園、學士臺、均益大廈2期等。其中，樓齡有近15年的寶翠園屬貴價樓，查看近月成交個案，平均呎價17,820元。學士臺樓齡較舊，翻查近月成交數據，平均估算單位實用面積呎價12,390元，實用面積570方呎，每單位成交額706萬元。

有行內人士分析，西港島綫通車後，該區兩房單位二手交投宗數有2成至3成上升空間。
