石塘咀建酒店遭地區反對

　著名慈善家余彭年旗下九龍塘根德道3號及7號，早前申請放寬樓層高度至4層，但鄰近真光中學提出反對，擔心車流增加、工程期間的噪音等。石塘咀日富里10至12號，早前被城規會否決其擬作酒店用途申請，申請人提出覆核，但遭到地區人士反對，中西區區議會副主席陳捷貴表示，若批准發展，交通負荷增加會引致人車爭路，富基大廈業主立案法團亦表示反對。

　恒基與新世界合作發展的馬鞍山落禾沙項目，沙田地政處昨向城規會申請，以去年9月批出的總綱發展藍圖為基礎，將地盤東北面一幅獨立轉讓土地中，扣除3,220方米的通道面積，其餘發展參數未作變動，但由於土地面積減少，地積比率相應由3倍提高至3.63倍。新地旗下上水古洞坑頭路地盤，佔地約20.88萬平方呎，總樓面約8.35萬平方呎，擬建34幢3層高洋房。申請人昨補交文件，當中回應了政府部門意見、提交經修訂的總綱發展圖等。
