近期樓市短炒交易活躍，市場連番錄得短炒獲利個案。其中一宗位於北角城市花園的交易尤為觸目，原業主在短短半年內勁賺108萬元。

上述物業為北角城市花園14座低層A室，單位實用面積為568平方呎， 3房間隔。原業主於去年11月中以650萬元購入後，近日以758萬元轉手。持有貨僅約半年，帳面獲利達108萬元。

據悉原業主是一名中小型地產代理老闆。他回應傳媒查詢時，表示原本購買此單位是打算自住，但由於家人不熟悉北角地區，最終決定轉售。他還強調，為了提升單位吸引力，已投入超過60萬元進行翻新，因此能夠吸引新買家的青睞。

另一宗短炒獲利個案位於旺角洗衣街國際大樓9樓139室，單位實用面積約640平方呎，3房間隔。原業主於今年3月以360萬元購入，持貨短短一個月便以392萬元出售，帳面獲利約32萬元，升幅約9%。
